Identity & contact: name, email, phone, (optionally) address.
Booking & usage: session type(s), dates/times, check-in notes you choose to share.
Payments: handled by our payment provider (we don’t see or store full card numbers).
Forms & screening: health screening/consent you choose to submit before sessions.
Communications: emails, messages, or feedback you send us.
Website & analytics: cookie choices, IP address, device/browser info, on-site activity.
How we use your data
To provide bookings, memberships and customer service (contract).
To run, secure and improve our studio and website (legitimate interests).

We delete or anonymise data when we no longer need it.
