Terms & Conditions
Please note all patients will be requested to sign and complete a form before doing any sessions at ReviveO₂ for their safety.
Informed consent & right to stop
Before your first session you’ll complete our consent & screening form. You can refuse or stop a session at any time—tell the operator and we’ll bring the chamber back to normal pressure safely.
Session frequency (studio policy)
To keep things safe and fair for everyone, we cap usage at up to 6-8 HBOT sessions per week per person (unless we state otherwise in writing). This helps manage availability and avoids over-booking.
Emergency procedures
If you feel unwell, tell us immediately. In a medical emergency we will follow our emergency protocols and may call 999. We may pause or end a session at any time for safety.
Personal items & prohibited materials
For safety, only approved items can go in the chamber. No flammables, sharp objects, lighters, aerosols, oil/petroleum products, vapes, or food/drink. Phones and other electronics may be restricted at staff discretion. We’re not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Clothing & hygiene
Wear light, comfortable clothing (cotton preferred). Remove jewellery and avoid heavy perfumes, hairsprays, or oil-based products before a session. Shoes off; socks required inside the chamber.
Health changes & postponement
If your health changes (e.g., fever, new infection, sinus/ear issues, recent surgery), tell us before attending. We may postpone sessions until it’s suitable to continue. This is a safety step—not a medical assessment.
Accurate information & insurance
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information (health status, medications, implants) and keeping it up to date. Our services are not a substitute for medical care. If you intend to seek reimbursement from insurance, that is your responsibility to arrange.
